We will hold our second annual meeting on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Maggiano’s Restaurant, 111 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, Illinois. The meeting agenda will include talks by a guest speaker sponsored by the American Academy of Neurology and educational updates in different subspecialty fields from prominent neurologists from throughout the state of Illinois. The cost for the program includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. A maximum of 6 hours of CME credit will be offered.*
